Custom designed orders may take up to 2 weeks.

only be processed once the check has cleared **
Returns: Custom designed items may not be returned unless the item has been embroidered incorrectly.
We make every effort to ensure your order is processed correctly, and will try our best to resolve any discrepancies.

First, contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Then, write the RMA number on the shipping label and return the item via postal service to:
